Intravital Imaging of Immune Cell Migration & Distribution in the Brain

This image was enhanced using our AI-Image Denoiser, allowing much clearer visualization of immune cells inside the brain. With the CX3CR1-GFP mouse model, we highlighted monocytes and macrophages, and used IVIM’s labeling kit—based on fluorophore-tagged anti-CD31 antibodies—to clearly mark blood vessels. This setup enables real-time imaging of how immune cells move and spread within live brain tissue, helping researchers better understand immune activity in the brain. 
Beyond Imaging: DIY Labeling Kit  
IVIM Technology’s IVI Tag™ In Vivo Labeling Kit enables precise fluorescent labeling of target structures by allowing researchers to conjugate antibodies with fluorophores of their choice.
