Key Points:
Intravital microscopy (IVM) was used to capture real-time movement of tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within live breast cancer models.
Using mouse (4T1) and human (MCF-7, MDA-MB-231) breast cancer cell lines, we visualized how TIL behaviour changes across tumour types.
Key finding: TILs moved more actively in MCF-7 tumours, but their motility was restricted in MDA-MB-231 tumours — highlighting tumour-specific immune dynamics.
