Intravital imaging provides real-time information into gene expression, protein activity, cell trafficking, and cell-to-cell interactions within the native in vivo microenvironment. This workshop will introduce confocal and two-photon turnkey bentchtop system optimized for high-resolution, multi-color in vivo imaging of internal organs. With automatic motion compensation, this system enables the study of complex in vivo microenvironments, including stromal cells, immune cells, vascular structures, and the extracellular matrix.
We will also highlight recent studies leveraging intravital imaging to investigate disease mechanisms and support novel therapeutic advancements. Applications across multiple organs—including the lung, heart, brain, liver, kidney, spleen, pancreas, intestines, lymph nodes, and bone marrow—will be showcased.
Come for breakfast, stay for science! We look forward to seeing you there.
