IVIM`s All-in-One Intravital Microscopy (IVM) Series is equipped with four imaging channels, enabling IVI Tag™ to be used with four distinct wavelengths for simultaneous in vivo imaging in four colors. The system’s ability to capture autofluorescence also allows the observation of up to five different elements concurrently.

For example, CD11b, the alpha chain of the Mac-1 integrin (CD11b/CD18, αMβ2), is expressed on granulocytes, macrophages, myeloid-derived dendritic cells, natural killer cells, microglia, and B-1 B lymphocytes, and can be tracked using our system.
